All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted through our online consultation platform. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our registered prescriber and pharmacist.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and completely. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in inappropriate treatment and could be harmful to your health. We accept no liability for harm resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive a delivery requiring a signature. If a delivery attempt fails, you must follow the courier's redelivery instructions promptly.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us immediately via our website or email. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued where you have provided inaccurate medical information that resulted in a prescription not being issued.
